These terms apply to everything sold by Jadauco. Please read them before you order; placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

Jadauco, trading from Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Contact details are in the footer of every page and on our About page.

What we sell

Imitation jewellery only. Every piece is base metal — usually brass — with a plated gold or oxidised finish. Nothing here is solid gold or silver, and no stone is precious or semi-precious; stones are glass, resin, cubic zirconia or imitation kundan.

We do not manufacture what we sell and we do not test it. Materials named on a listing are as described to us by our supplier. See our Disclaimer for the detail.

How an order is made

There is no cart and no checkout on this website. Prices and availability shown here are an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell.

An order exists only when:

1. you send us an enquiry, by WhatsApp or phone, quoting the product code; and
2. we confirm in writing, over WhatsApp, the item, the final price with delivery added, and the expected dispatch date.

Until we confirm, nothing is reserved. Stock listed as available may have sold in the meantime, and we will tell you if it has.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. The price on the site is the price we honour on the day you enquire, unless it is obviously wrong — a piece listed at ₹49 that should read ₹4,900 is a mistake, not a bargain, and we will correct it rather than fulfil it.

Prices do not include delivery. Shipping is charged on top of the listed price and quoted separately in the chat, because it depends on where you are and what the parcel weighs. You will see the total before you pay.

Payment

Payment is on confirmation, by UPI or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available for orders under ₹3,000, to serviceable pin codes.

We do not store card details, because we do not take card payments on this site.

Delivery

Dispatch is within two working days of payment clearing. Delivery is typically three to seven working days across India, longer for remote pin codes and the North East.

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier its progress is outside our control, though we will chase it with you.

Returns

Set out in full on Shipping & returns. In short: if a piece arrives damaged, or is not the piece you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, so please ask us anything you need to know before you order.

Nothing in this section affects rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

What we do not promise

Plated finishes wear. How long yours lasts depends entirely on how it is worn and stored, so we make no promise about it and offer no warranty on finish.

Colour, size and stone placement vary a little between screens and between production batches. Photographs are taken in daylight and jewellery generally photographs brighter than it wears.

Limit of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including, to be plain about the common case, an outfit that did not arrive in time for an event.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when we confirmed it.
