Privacy policy

The short version: this website collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Nothing on these pages is watching you read them.
That is not a policy decision we made to sound good; it is how the site is built. It is a set of static files with no server behind it, so there is nowhere for your data to go.
What we do hold
When you enquire, you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone. From that we end up holding:
- your name and the phone number you messaged from
- the delivery address you give us
- what you asked about and what you bought
- the chat itself, in WhatsApp
We hold it to answer you, send the parcel, and deal with any problem afterwards. That is all.
Who else sees it
- The courier, who needs the name, address and phone number to deliver.
- WhatsApp, because that is where the conversation happens. Their handling of it is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy, not ours.
- Our bank or UPI provider, for the payment itself. We never see or store card details.
We do not sell your details, and we do not give them to anyone for marketing — ours or anyone else’s.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as we may need them for tax and accounting. WhatsApp chats stay in the thread until you or we delete them.
Marketing
We only message you about an order you placed or an enquiry you made. If we ever want to send anything else, we will ask first, and you can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
Your rights
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp or email jadauco.jewels@gmail.com.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
