Shipping

We dispatch within two working days of payment confirmation. Delivery is typically three to six working days across India, longer for the North East and remote pin codes.

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent over the same WhatsApp thread you ordered on.

Pieces are wrapped individually in bubble film and pouches, then boxed — bangles and stone-set necklaces travel well; what does not travel well is a loose piece in an envelope, which is why we do not ship that way even when it would be cheaper.

If something arrives damaged

Send us photographs on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photograph of the outer packaging. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, our choice of courier, and you will not pay return shipping.

Please film or photograph the parcel as you open it. For a damaged-in-transit claim it is the difference between a same-day replacement and a long conversation.

If it is not what you expected

Tell us within 48 hours and return it unworn, in its original packaging, and we will refund the piece price. Return shipping is yours in this case. Refunds are processed within five working days of the parcel reaching us.

We would much rather you ask first. Send a message before ordering and we will send more photographs, the exact weight, or a video of the piece in daylight — jewellery photographs brighter than it wears, and that gap is the most common reason for a return.

What cannot be returned

Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or are the wrong item. This is standard across the industry and we are afraid we cannot make an exception.
