Shipping is charged on top of the price

The price shown under each piece is for the piece alone. Shipping is charged in addition to it.

What it costs to send depends on where you are, how heavy the parcel is and which courier serves your pin code, so we quote it in the WhatsApp chat rather than guess at it here. You will always see the total — piece plus shipping — and agree to it before any money moves.

Timelines

We dispatch within two working days of payment confirmation. Delivery is typically three to six working days across India, longer for the North East and remote pin codes.

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent over the same WhatsApp thread you ordered on.

Timelines are estimates. Once a parcel is with the courier its progress is outside our control, though we will chase it with you.

Packing

Pieces are wrapped individually in bubble film and pouches, then boxed — bangles and stone-set necklaces travel well; what does not travel well is a loose piece in an envelope, which is why we do not ship that way even when it would be cheaper.

If something arrives damaged

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photographs on WhatsApp — the piece and the outer packaging both — and we will replace it or refund it in full. We arrange the courier, and you pay nothing to send it back.

The same 24 hours applies if we have sent you the wrong piece.

Please film or photograph the parcel as you open it. For a damaged-in-transit claim it is the difference between a same-day replacement and a long conversation.

After 24 hours we cannot tell damage in transit from damage in wear, and the courier will not entertain a claim either. This is the one deadline on this page, and we do keep to it — so please open the parcel the day it arrives.

Change of mind is not returnable

We do not take a piece back because it was not what you expected. Damage in transit and a wrong item sent are the only returns we accept.

So please ask first, and ask as much as you like. Message us before you order and we will send more photographs, the exact weight and measurements, or a video of the piece in daylight. Jewellery photographs brighter than it wears, and that gap is the single most common reason anyone wants to send something back — a two-minute conversation settles it before you have paid anything.

Nothing on this page affects rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be signed away.
